WEB-TPA

WEB-TPA is the third party administrator (TPA) for Healthcare Sarasota groups.  They pay your claims, issue id cards, produce explanation of benefit statements and more!  HCS will have a customer service representative in Sarasota to help you with questions or problems.  Customer service can be reached at 917-7991 or 877-697-2299 (toll-free).

Caremark

Caremark is the PBM, prescription benefit manager, for Healthcare Sarasota.  Caremark pays your pharmacy claims, fills your mail order prescriptions and more!  Caremark's customer service may be reached at 1-800-421-5501.

HCS Dental

Healthcare Sarasota has a PPO dental plan network available to Healthcare Sarasota members, unless you are covered by a dental HMO or Aetna.  If you are not sure of your plan, please contact your Human Resources department or your TPA for information.
